As a psychologist, I’ve seen how deeply our minds and bodies are connected. Stress, anxiety, and trauma often show up physically — in our breath, posture, and muscle tension. Yoga offers a compassionate way to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build resilience from the inside out.
